Starting this week, when your park or attraction guests purchase dated tickets, they’ll have the opportunity to make them ReFUNdable to get up to 80% of their purchase back if their plans change or if they need to cancel for ANY reason up to 3 days before their visit date for only a small additional fee.
ReFUNdable offers your guests more assurance in purchasing tickets to visit your attraction in advance, locking in their commitment to visit. Having a refund available on pre-paid tickets adds a layer of security if anything in life comes up and your guests can no longer make that ticket date work for them.
