CHAIRMAN
Marc Bigas has over 20 years of experience building companies and value for stakeholders from different perspectives, and mainly in the sport and travel tech sector. Marc is co-founder and former CEO till February 2021. He is skilled and passionate about entrepreneurship, technology and all aspects related to company growth. Marc is industrial engineer from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, has an executive MBA from La Salle BCN, and a PhD from Universitat de Girona.
DIRECTOR
Martí Rafel Herrero has 40 years of experience in the ski industry and snow and mountain tourism. His experience during the past 20 years includes directing, marketing, and commercialization at Pal-Arinsal and VALLNORD in Andorra, Boí Taüll, and Balneario de Panticosa in Spain. Martí also has a background as an Olympic freestyle skier participating in the Olympics in Calgary (1988) and Albertville (1992).
DIRECTOR
Tonje Berg is Managing Director at Curamando AS, a consulting firm working at the intersection between business strategy and digital innovation. Curamando is part of ARC Arise Consulting Group, a carefully selected company that drives digitalization. Tonje has worked with a broad spectrum of clients in different industries. Tonje holds a Master of Science degree in Strategy and Management from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH).
DIRECTOR
Rafa Fuerte is the founder and CEO of Viajes Para Ti S.L. and TecTravel S.L. These companies own esquiades.com (a Ski Online Travel Agency) is the leader of the ski travel industry in Spain and selling ski travel in all European countries. He also owns Buscounchollo.com, an online flash travel agency leader in Spain. TecTravel S.L. is the major hotel owner of Boi Taull ski resort. He has a degree in economics from Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona).

FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Albert Ferrando is a graduate of software engineering from EPFL in Lausanne, and he is passionate about all things mobile and about leveraging mobile technology to help businesses achieve their goals. Before founding Spotlio, Albert held a variety of technical and product management positions within the technology sector, working in Switzerland, Austria, and Spain, where he focused on building sales platforms and SaaS initiatives.
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
David has been involved with entrepreneurship since 2010, co-founding Skitude and other companies in the field of IT. Before that, David was a researcher and lecturer at the University of Girona. David holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial and Automatic Informatics from the University of Girona and is passionate about technology and the outdoors.
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
James previously held the position of CFO of Spotlio, along with a variety of senior positions in companies such as PwC and Adevinta. He is skilled in M&A, Business Analytics, International Business, Management, and Software as a Service (SaaS). James holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business Economics from the Universitat Pompeu Fabra and a Master of Science in Financial Management from the Barcelona School of Management.
