This Apps Privacy Policy of SPOTLIO complies with Swiss and EU laws as well as with the U.S. E.U. Safe Harbor framework and the U.S. – Swiss Safe Harbor framework as set forth by the U.S. Department of Commerce regarding the collection, use, and retention of data from the European Union and Switzerland respectively. 2. Information We Collect

As a User, you can browse our Native and Web Apps without being required to provide us with any personal data.

  • Payment Information. If you choose to buy something through our Services, we collect payment information through our payment processor. All payment information is securely stored by our payment processor and we do not have access to your sensitive information, such as credit card number or security code.
  • Business Information. If you choose to use our Services as a Participant, we may ask specific information related to your business in order to create communications and promotions.

When you use our apps or related websites (“Services”), we automatically collect certain computer information by the interaction of your mobile phone or web browser with our mobile applications. Such information is typically considered non-personal data. We also collect the following:
Cookies
Our Services use “Cookies” to identify the areas of our Services that you have visited. A Cookie is a small piece of data stored on your computer or mobile device by your web browser. We use Cookies to personalize the content that you see on our Services. Most web browsers can be set to disable the use of Cookies. 9. Service Providers

Analytics
Google, Apple and Facebook Analytics are analytics services offered by the respective company that track and report traffic with our Services. These analytic services uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Services. The collected not personal data is shared with other services. The Analytics providers may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising networks.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to the Analytics Providers by installing the Analytics opt-out add-ons in your browser if available. These add-ons prevent the Analytics Providers from sharing information about visits activities.

Payments processors
If SPOTLIO provides paid products through our Services, we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal data is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council.

 

10. Protecting Your Child’s Privacy

Our Services are not designed for use by anyone under the age of 13 (“Child”), though we realize we may have a Child attempt to make purchases through our Services. We do not verify the age of our Users nor do we have any liability for verifying a User’s age. If you are a Child, please seek the permission of a parent or guardian before using our Services. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your Child is using our Services, please contact us to remove your Child’s account; we reserve the right to ask you for verification of your relationship to the Child before we honor such a request. If we discover that a Child has created an account on our Services, we will immediately delete the account as soon as we discover it, we will not use the information for any purpose, and we will not disclose the information to third parties. However, as parent of such a Child, you understand that you are legally liable for any transactions created by the Child.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If we make material changes to this policy, we may notify you on our Services, by a pop-up window, by a blog post, by email, or by any method we determine. The method we chose is at our sole discretion. We will also change the „Last Updated“ date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy. Any changes we make to our Apps Privacy Policy are effective as of this Last Updated date and replace any prior Privacy Policies.
